Alan Alan Clarke:

I have regularly attended gyms and belonged to exercise classes , boot camps , running groups and clubs and generally kept myself fit. However i wanted to turn my interest into becoming a trainer if the opportunity arose which it now has. I pursued my qualifications last year through Sideways 8 Training and am a member of REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) This year I have also set up my own outdoor boot camp. i propose pursuing further qualifications over the next year and ongoing.

I also run an Ace boot camp each week.

Fitness Industry qualifications:
  • Register of Exercise Professionals(REPS) Level 2 Gym Instructor,
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification,
  • Nutrition for Physical Activity (NVQ Level 3),
  • First Aid qualifications.
